About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Meat Department Manager to lead our team at Talent Focus. As a key member of our operations, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of the Meat Department and ensuring the highest standards of production.

Key Responsibilities
  • Schedule and Staffing: Develop and implement effective scheduling systems to ensure adequate staffing levels and optimal productivity.
  • Training and Development: Provide ongoing training and coaching to department staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Quality Control: Conduct regular quality control checks to ensure compliance with health code regulations and maintain high-quality products.
  • Customer Service: Deliver exceptional customer service to members, employees, and vendors by providing prompt and courteous assistance.
Requirements
  • Experience: Proven experience in meat cutting, management, employee relations, customer service, or comparable roles.
  • Skills: Strong communication, interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Basic math skills required.
  • Certifications: Food Safety Certification & Butcher/Trade Qualification.
What We Offer
