The successful candidate will work closely with various business units to ensure accurate financial reporting, provide clear financial guidance to management and operational teams, and support the annual budget process.
This is a permanent, full-time role based from our Hindmarsh head office.
About the RoleKey responsibilities include:
- Providing high-level financial analysis and advice to managers
- Supporting the annual budget process and quarterly forecasts
- Leading monthly finance meetings to identify trends and opportunities
- Providing financial modelling for annual budgets and forecasts
- Assisting in cashflow forecasting and remaining current with changes in accounting standards
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in management accounting or as a Finance Business Partner, with experience providing high-level financial advice to leadership teams.
They will also have strong interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to provide advice, assistance, and interpretation of financial information and financial reporting to internal stakeholders.
RequirementsTo be successful in this role, you will need:
- Tertiary qualification in Commerce (Accounting/Finance)
- CA or CPA accreditation (or equivalent)
- Experience in Employment services or Labour intensive organisations (desirable)
- Previous experience with mid-tier ERP systems (Business Central, Dynamics, JDE)
- Proficient with advanced modelling systems (Adaptive, Prophix, Board, Hyperion, Oracle)
You will also need to provide evidence of approved ATAGI COVID Vaccinations, or a valid exemption, and hold a current and full driver's licence.
