Job Title: General Manager

Join the CMV Group as a General Manager and lead our sales, fixed operations, and finance and insurance teams to achieve exceptional results.

About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic leader to drive business growth, improve customer satisfaction, and enhance employee engagement. As a General Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Developing and implementing business strategies to maintain profitability, customer satisfaction, and employee engagement targets.
  • Overseeing dealership operations to ensure effectiveness, best practice, and continuous improvement.
  • Managing and monitoring budgets, financial records, and stock levels.
  • Maintaining compliance and effectively managing business risks.
  • Contributing to the senior leadership of the CMI Toyota group.
