Job Overview:
  • To establish and optimize production processes for new manufacturing lines, from conceptualization to large-scale production.
  • To navigate regulatory requirements while ensuring dependability, repeatability, and compliance.
  • To partner with key suppliers and identify new ones, occasionally traveling internationally to foster strong relationships.
  • To develop business cases for manufacturing scale-up, contract manufacturing, and strategic decision-making.
  • You will lead by example, taking an active role in assembly and production while building the teams and systems that deliver consistent, high-quality outcomes.
