
Customer Experience Professional

Empowering Educators. We're looking for a passionate and experienced professional to join our Customer Success team. In this role, you'll work closely with a portfolio of schools across Australia to help them unlock the full potential of their subscription.
Key Responsibilities- Build strong relationships with teachers, Heads of Department, Business Managers, and Senior Leadership teams
- Deliver engaging training sessions tailored to school needs
- Regularly engage with your assigned portfolio of schools to ensure they are achieving their goals with our platform
- Monitor health metrics and proactively implement strategies to reduce churn and drive retention
- Identify and support opportunities for expansion and growth in partnership with Account Managers
- Keep accurate CRM records, enrol classes promptly, and maintain strong data hygiene
- Represent us at conferences, networking events, and professional associations - occasional overnight travel may be required
- Share customer insights with internal teams to inform product and strategy improvements
- Experienced Customer Success Manager within the B2B industry
- Teaching experience in either primary or secondary education is desirable
- Confidence in presenting to groups and delivering professional learning, both online and in person
- Experience using an online learning platform is highly desirable
- Strong coaching and training skills, with the ability to help teachers unlock new ways of working
- Excellent communication skills, whether by phone, email, or face-to-face
- Proven ability to build and maintain positive relationships with a range of stakeholders
- Proactive problem-solving skills, adaptability, and a solutions-focused approach
