About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager to lead our Restructuring and Advisory practice in Melbourne. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the Melbourne office and representing our company in the region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the Melbourne office and be the face of the company in Melbourne.
  • Assist with management and quality control of projects, including financial management.
  • Apply industry and market knowledge to anticipate, identify, and address issues relevant to our clients' businesses.
  • Assist with onboarding and developing competencies of junior employees by coaching, mentoring, and delegating work of a challenging nature.
  • Build on existing client relationships and identify and develop new client relationships.
  • Provide quality service to clients.
Requirements
  • University Degree in Business or related subject.
  • At least 6 years' experience in a similar role.
  • Chartered Accountants (CA) Australia & New Zealand membership (or international equivalent, nearing completion or have an interest to complete).
  • Demonstrated technical knowledge (ARITA Advanced Certificate or equivalent preferred).
  • Extensive prior relevant experience within insolvency, restructuring, or financial services.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong business and commercial acumen.
  • Ability to deal with sensitive matters confidentially and tactfully.
  • Strong ability to work unsupervised.
