We are seeking a part-time Plan Management Officer who offers strong customer service and bookkeeping skills to join our dynamic team.
The role is based on-site, requiring 22.8 hours per week. The ideal candidate will have a qualification in bookkeeping and/or previous experience working in a similar role, preferably within the Disability sector.
Key Selection Criteria:
- A responsive team member who genuinely cares and respects others professionally.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, an ability to maintain accurate records.
- The ability to process invoices and payments accurately.
- Well-developed customer service and problem-solving skills across finance systems and between Participants, their guardians, and providers.
