Construction Project Lead

We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Lead to manage commercial construction projects from conception to completion. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget, while ensuring client satisfaction.

The successful applicant will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and controlling project activities, including resource allocation and risk management. They will also be accountable for maintaining strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members.

  • Relevant tertiary education in construction or a related field;
  • Commercial construction experience with a focus on project management and leadership;
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple deadlines and priorities;
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders;
  • Ability to analyze problems and develop effective solutions, with a focus on minimizing risk and maximizing value;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
