Liquorland, a leading liquor retailer, seeks an experienced Assistant Store Manager to lead the team at Meadow Springs in Western Australia.

About the Position

We're looking for someone who can distinguish between various liquor brands or is enthusiastic about learning more. You'll collaborate with the Store Manager to maintain the store's appearance, build a strong team, and effectively manage inventory.

As an Assistant Store Manager, you will make a significant impact by providing friendly service and creating unforgettable moments for customers nationwide.

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the Store Manager to keep the store organized and visually appealing.
  • Manage inventory, create a welcoming atmosphere, and deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Support a culture that values inclusivity and respect for all team members and customers.
Requirements
  • Experience in fast-paced retail, hospitality, or customer-facing environments.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage administrative tasks, including payroll, rostering, and inventory management.
  • Passion for delivering an outstanding customer experience.
  • RSA certification or willingness to obtain one.
