Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced AI Product Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of AI/ML concepts, model lifecycle, and technical terminology.

This role is crucial in bridging technical capabilities with business needs. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to shape the future of AI at nib.

  • Capture model documentation, risks, and approval checklists
  • Document business rules, acceptance criteria, and evaluation metrics
  • Translate AI use cases into clear, testable product requirements and workflows
  • Support backlog grooming, sprint planning, and testing cycles
  • Validate solutions against business requirements and assess organisational readiness
  • Act as a translator between technical and non-technical audiences
Key Responsibilities
  • Embedding responsible AI practices and governance into development workflows
  • Contribute to post-deployment monitoring plans for AI models
  • Support stakeholder engagement, training, and adoption of AI tools
  • Familiarity with agile work practices and product development cycles
  • SQL coding and data manipulation skills

Requirements

  • 2+ years' experience in data science, analytics, or AI-related roles
  • Strong communication and analytical skills
  • Solid understanding of AI/ML concepts, model lifecycle, and technical terminology
  • Exposure to Generative AI or MLOps tools
  • Tertiary qualification in Information Technology
