- Leadership and Team Management: Lead a small team and develop and mentor them to understand the relevance of their outputs, ensuring they are reliable, relevant, and high-value products and services.
- Communication and Stakeholder Management: Utilize strong communication skills (written and verbal) to build effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Business Analysis and Requirements Gathering: Work with the Group to analyze, document, and gain approval of detailed business requirements, including the design of solutions using best practice analysis methods and techniques.
- Business Development and Planning: Develop plans and proactively identify new opportunities to enable and enhance business reform.
- Technical Integration and Administration: Administer and develop within Windows Server, SQL Server, and PowerBI environments, ensuring business and technical integration across all initiatives and respective Defence activities.
- Project Management and Delivery: Ensure engagements move forward with solid methodology and communicate critical actions and deliverables in a timely manner.
- Reporting and Analysis: Provide strategic business advice in the form of verbal and written reports to senior management, as required.
- Thought Leadership and Knowledge Sharing: Provide thought leadership and contribute to the knowledge base within areas of practice/expertise.
- Adaptability and Flexibility: Be flexible in the approach to managing changing priorities in this fast-paced and productive environment, along with the eagerness to learn and advance in a growing organization.
