Emergency Nurse

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team in Western NSW. As an Emergency Nurse, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive emergency nursing care to patients of all ages in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct initial patient assessments, triage, and prioritize treatment based on the severity of conditions.
- Administer medications, treatments, and interventions as prescribed by physicians.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated and efficient patient care.
- Monitor and evaluate patient progress, adjusting care plans as necessary.
- Educate patients and their families on post-discharge care and self-management techniques.
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing or equivalent qualification.
- Current registration as a Registered Nurse (RN) with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
- Minimum 3 years of experience working as an Emergency Nurse in a hospital setting.
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) and Basic Life Support (BLS) certifications.
- Triage trained preferred.
- Excellent clinical skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and multidisciplinary teams.
