Electrotechnology Trainer Position Overview

The ideal candidate will lead training and assessment for students in a classroom and workshop setting, ensuring they acquire the necessary practical and theoretical skills to succeed in the industry.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver structured instruction and evaluation to students in both classroom and workshop settings.
  • Develop and maintain strong professional relationships with students and colleagues.
  • Contribute to the development of high-quality curriculum programs.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Trade Certificate in Electro technology.
  • Current Queensland Electrical Licence.
  • Effective communication skills and passion for mentoring.
  • Ability to work Monday to Friday, 7:00am - 3:00pm.
  • Commitment to upholding safety and training standards.
