Electrical Trainer Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced and skilled electrical professional to join our team as an Electrical Trainer. This is a unique opportunity to share your knowledge and experience with the next generation of electricians.

About the Role:

  • This permanent position involves delivering training and assessment to students in a classroom and workshop setting.
  • You will be responsible for ensuring that students gain the practical and theoretical skills required to succeed in the electrotechnology industry.
  • No prior training experience is necessary, as the client will fully fund your Certificate IV in Training and Assessment.

Requirements:

  • A Trade Certificate in Electro technology
  • A Current Queensland Electrical Licence
  • Strong communication skills and a passion for mentoring
  • The ability to work Monday to Friday, 7:00am - 3:00pm
  • A commitment to upholding safety and training standards

What We Offer:

  • A permanent, local Mackay position with a competitive salary
  • An annual salary of $88,000, increasing to $92,000 upon completion of Cert IV
  • 13% Superannuation
  • 6 weeks annual leave, including a Christmas shutdown
  • A Monday to Friday, 7:00am - 3:00pm roster ideal for work/life balance
  • Cert IV in Training and Assessment fully funded by the client
  • A supportive training environment
