Key Responsibilities- Provide person-centered care and support to individuals with disabilities, promoting their independence and dignity.
- Assist with daily living activities, such as personal care, meal preparation, and household chores.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients, their families, and other healthcare professionals.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge in disability support.
- Work collaboratively with the Conexson team to ensure seamless service delivery and high-quality care.
- NDIS Worker Screening Check or Yellow Card
- Blue Card preferred
- First Aid & CPR Certification
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Fully COVID-19 vaccinated
- Manual Handling Training and Hoist experience
- Competitive hourly rate ranging from $800 to $2,000 per week
- Flexible scheduling, including days, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and sleepover shifts
