Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Administration associated with the outbound despatch of goods, ensuring accurate ERP system data and updated schedule pick date.
  • Running customer orders and warehouse pick lists using JD Edwards ERP system for efficient despatch.
  • Informing and escalating service issues to management as appropriate.

Experience Required:

  • Familiarity with JD Edwards, Microsoft Office suite, and Teams.
  • Broad knowledge of inventory control processes and KPIs.
  • Previous experience in a despatch role or logistics environment, and customer service.

To succeed in this position, you must have strong organisational skills, excellent communication abilities and a high level of accuracy when managing data.
