Medical Product Implementation Manager

The role we are looking to fill is for a highly motivated Medical Product Implementation Manager who will be responsible for managing the entire project lifecycle for the integration of Fujifilm Informatics products into healthcare facilities, with a focus on radiology and cardiology departments.
This involves coordinating installations, ensuring timely and quality delivery, managing budgets, resolving project issues, and maintaining effective communication with internal teams, clients, and vendors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the end-to-end implementation of medical product projects
- Coordinate resources, conduct site audits, and ensure readiness for installations
- Provide administrative support, including meeting coordination, progress reports, and business case development
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers, providing technical guidance and product information
- Identify customer needs, assist with technical solutions, and support quotations, tenders, and proposals
Requirements:
- Proven experience managing large-scale projects (ideally exceeding $2M) in healthcare or technical industries
- Strong understanding of the project lifecycle and methodologies
- Demonstrable experience in leading and managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to simplify complex issues
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Proven ability to meet deadlines, manage competing priorities, and ensure customer satisfaction
We offer a competitive salary of approximately AU$120,000 - AU$150,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits such as ongoing development of your technical skills and flexible work practices tailored to your needs.
