Job Overview

We are seeking an accomplished Professional to lead the delivery of exceptional customer experiences.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and retention through proactive engagement and issue resolution.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Consulting teams to design and deliver successful Client Success Events & Round Tables.
  • Become a trusted advisor for our clients, providing strategic guidance and support across the organization.
  • Increase adoption of Marketing Solutions by identifying new use cases and expanding networking opportunities within client accounts.
  • Design and implement an operating rhythm with clients to drive usage and adoption.
  • Promote and track sales teams supporting other data management clients.
  • Develop strong relationships with partners and executive sponsors.
  • Run client workshops and webinars as required.
Qualifications and Requirements:
  • Strong interest in data, customer segmentation, and its applications.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience (or equivalent mix of experience and education) in a related field.
  • Proficiency in using CRM platforms (such as Salesforce) and Microsoft Office tools (PowerPoint and Excel).
  • Proven track record of solving enterprise technology and data challenges.
  • Experience organizing and prioritizing tasks, project management, and relationship management.
  • Subject Matter Expertise: Marketing Technology, Digital Media Buying Landscape, Segmentation.
