About You:

We're looking for a passionate customer service expert with some sales experience who is comfortable sharing knowledge, able to communicate in a technical and non-technical manner, and is a natural problem solver who is solutions focused.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Technical support to trade & retail customers.
  • Building effective customer relationships.
  • Problem-solving and maximising sales using up-to-date product information & knowledge.

Requirements:

  • Safety mindset.
  • Automotive parts or mechanical experience.
  • Past experience as a customer service expert with some sales background.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in a technical and non-technical manner.
  • Natural problem solver.
  • Proactive and driven team player with flexibility to work independently.
  • Flexible availability and a valid driver's licence (manual preferred).
