Job Overview:

  • Maintain and grow a network of reverse vending machines as a supervisor in NSW operations.

Oversight responsibilities include ensuring cleanliness and functionality of assets in the field, identifying operational deficiencies, and working with management to implement improvement strategies.

A key role involves maintaining customer-focused relationships with site partners and stakeholders.

The position requires occasional regional travel and a fully maintained vehicle for extensive area travel.

A critical component of this role is providing maintenance support for assets, including cleaning on site as required.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversight of assets in the field to maintain cleanliness and functionality.
  • Identification and rectification of operational deficiencies in contractor performance, site conditions, and stakeholder relationships.
  • Maintenance support for assets, including cleaning duties as set out in the Cleaning Guide.
  • Maintenance of strong customer-focused relationships with site partners and stakeholders.
  • Audit of contractor performance and provision of feedback to address concerns and improve productivity.
  • Site evaluation reports and sharing of findings with contractors and employees.
  • Evaluation and recruitment/engagement of contractors as needed, resolution of disputes, and reporting requirements.

Key Qualifications:

  • Availability to work 5 days per week, including one weekend day.
  • Proven experience in a similar role.
  • Previous experience in cleaning/labouring, manual work required.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure and resolve conflicts.
  • Professionalism and a positive attitude.
  • Strong time management skills.
  • Intermediate to excellent user of Microsoft applications and general systems knowledge.
