Clinical Care Leader

We are seeking a qualified Registered Nurse to join our team at The Shoreline, a luxury aged care facility on the Mid North Coast of NSW. As a key member of our care team, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of clinical care for our residents.
Key Responsibilities- Provide services designed to promote healthy living, choice and independence for our residents
- Undertake assessments, develop and document care plans to meet individual needs
- Facilitate case conferences with residents and their families to ensure effective communication and care coordination
- Manage medications and maintain accurate records
- Conduct monthly analysis of clinical indicators and make recommendations to the Director of Care to improve quality of care
- Deliver care in accordance with the needs, goals, and preferences of each resident
We are looking for a compassionate and experienced Registered Nurse who shares our commitment to delivering high-quality, person-centered care. You will have a proven track record of kind and empathetic care, with the ability to maintain a calm and composed demeanor in high-pressure situations.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
- Demonstrated experience in residential aged care nursing, with a focus on clinical assessments, care planning, and medication management
- Ability to work independently and professionally with limited supervision
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly developed organisational skills and ability to determine work priorities
- Understanding of the ageing process and a commitment to advocate for older people in residential care and/or home care
