At Sofitel Sydney Wentworth, we are seeking a talented Luxury Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team and help us craft a unique experience where luxury reaches new heights.

We are currently undergoing a complete transformation and enhancing all the hotel facilities to continue delivering outstanding luxury service to our guests. As part of our team, you will have the opportunity to work in unison with the Restaurant Leader in developing yourself and the team below you.

About the Role
  • As Senior Assistant Restaurant Leader, you will be responsible for ensuring service and product standards are being met, and in keeping with Sofitel and House Made Hospitality brand guidelines.
  • You will forge great relationships with guests, and foster an environment of guest interaction amongst your team.
  • You will command the look and feel of the venue, maintaining thoughtful ambience throughout.
  • You will lead your team in terms of product and venue knowledge, and conduct regular training sessions to ensure consistency among team members.
  • You will instill our positive culture throughout the team and venue, and be an ambassador of the Sofitel and House Made Hospitality values.

The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years' experience as a manager in a high volume restaurant environment; and in a CBD/corporate environment. You should have strong team management skills and experience in writing and delivering training and development.
