We are seeking an experienced Senior Real Estate Lawyer to join our team. The successful candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in real estate law and be able to work on complex transactions with sophisticated clients.

The role will involve working on a diverse range of real estate transactions, including commercial, office, industrial and retail sales, acquisitions and due diligence. You will also have the opportunity to work on development projects, including site acquisition, due diligence, structuring, titling, body corporate and land subdivision developments.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Real Estate Transactions: Commercial, Office, Industrial and Retail property sales, acquisitions, and due diligence for significant property assets
  • Development Work: Assist with site acquisition, due diligence, structuring, titling, body corporate and land subdivision developments
  • Leasing: Draft and negotiate Commercial, Office, Industrial and Retail leases, including complex agreements for lease, major tenant leases, lease renewals, variations and enforcement actions
  • General Property Work: Contract negotiation, settlement processes, and property-related advisory work
  • Client Management: Direct client contact and relationship building with major property investors, developers, and corporate clients
