Key Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service to our valued residents and visitors as the primary point of contact
• Manage front office reception duties including answering phone calls and queries
• Accurately and efficiently perform data entry and record-keeping tasks
• Utilize Microsoft Office Suite for administrative tasks
• Effectively manage mail distribution
• Develop knowledge of business processes to support customers internally and externally
• Assist with other administrative duties to support the Regional Operations Manager and Management Team

Essential Qualifications and Skills

• Genuine interest in working in an administrative role
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
• Previous experience in a customer service environment (desired)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow on the job
• Friendly, outgoing personality and pleasant phone manner
