Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled leader to oversee the maintenance of parks, gardens, and streetscapes in our community.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective maintenance plans for parks and gardens
  • Supervise seasonal garden maintenance programs
  • Create new gardens and green spaces
  • Design and implement pest and disease management strategies
  • Provide expert knowledge on plant identification and growth requirements
Requirements:
  • Class C driver's license
  • Certified III in Horticulture (or equivalent)
  • Traffic control certification
  • General construction induction certificate
  • Experience in horticulture or related field
  • Knowledge of workplace health and safety protocols
  • Strong leadership, communication, and supervisory skills
Working Conditions:
  • Full-time position
  • 38 hours per week
  • Ongoing training and development opportunities
  • Balanced work schedule with regular days off
