Job Description:

We are seeking an accomplished content creator to craft and maintain guides and supporting assets on our internal and external-facing knowledge bases.

This role offers an exciting opportunity to shape and enhance the way knowledge is captured and shared across the business.

Key responsibilities include content writing and review, knowledge base technical support, project delivery and stakeholder management, and knowledge governance and community building.

">Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Experience in content creation
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency with M365 collaboration tools
  • Preferred skills include creating instructional videos and multimedia, editing MS SharePoint pages, and foundational understanding of generative AI in knowledge management
