You'll play a key role in shaping the voice of our brand online, creating engaging content that connects with our audience and drives growth across social media, email marketing, web, and more.

What You'll Be Doing:

As our Content Creator, you'll be at the heart of our brand storytelling. Your day-to-day will be dynamic, creative, and varied - spanning across content planning, production, editing, and publishing. You'll help build a consistent, aspirational brand presence across all digital platforms, ensuring our fashion accessories and beauty & wellness products are showcased in a fresh, engaging way.

• Develop and execute creative content strategies aligned with our marketing calendar, seasonal campaigns, and product launches - ensuring alignment with both brand identity and commercial goals.
• Create visually compelling content (photo, video, and graphics) for social media, website, email marketing, and other digital channels.
• Own the content production process - from concept to post-production. This includes planning and styling shoots, sourcing props/models if needed, shooting content (in-house or on location), and editing for various formats (e.g. reels, stories, carousels, TikTok).
• Plan and manage the social media content calendar, ensuring a steady pipeline of engaging content across platforms like Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and Pinterest.
• Write clear, on-brand copy for captions, email campaigns, product highlights, blog articles, and digital ads that capture attention and reflect our brand tone.
• Stay on top of digital trends, social media algorithms, and platform best practices, using data insights and performance metrics to inform your content decisions and optimisations.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, buying, design, and e-commerce teams to ensure your content supports wider business goals, product storytelling, and customer engagement.
• Engage with our online community, helping to manage social media interactions and identify opportunities for UGC (user-generated content), influencer collaborations, and brand partnerships.
• Maintain and organise a content asset library, ensuring content is properly filed, accessible, and repurposed efficiently across multiple channels

What You'll Bring:
- 2+ years of content creation experience (in-house or freelance), preferably in fashion, beauty, or lifestyle
- You must be able to shoot content that is product heavy.
- Strong photography and videography skills (including basic editing)
- Excellent copywriting and storytelling skills with a flair for tone and voice
- Deep understanding of digital and social media trends - especially Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook
- Highly organised, self-motivated, and adaptable in a fast-moving environment
- Proficiency in tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or other content creation platforms
- A proactive, ideas-driven attitude and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively
