Job Title: Agile Coach

We are seeking an experienced Agile Coach to champion agile methodologies and practices across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Cultivate a culture of collaboration and teamwork, empowering teams to deliver high-quality results.
  • Foster strong relationships with stakeholders, providing guidance and support to drive business outcomes.
  • Promote agile ceremonies, such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives, to enhance team performance.
  • Support Product Owners in prioritizing and grooming product backlogs, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Identify and mitigate risks, issues, and impediments to delivery, ensuring timely project completion.

Requirements:

  • Significant experience working as an Agile Coach or Scrum Master with product development teams.
  • Demonstrated expertise in agile delivery methodologies, including SAFe, LeSS, Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and DevOps.
  • Experience managing large-scale technology projects and dependencies, with a focus on strategic delivery initiatives.
  • Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills, with a customer-centric approach.
  • Experience driving organizational change, influencing, and cultural transformation, with a track record of success.
  • Strong conceptual and analytical skills, with an ability to think critically and develop innovative solutions.
