Job Title: Agile Transformation Leader
We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to lead our Agile transformation initiative. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a federal government organisation using Agile principles.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work on sensitive projects involving varied activities and processes.
- Coordinate and report against overall program scope and timelines using Agile principles.
- Manage consistent and quality delivery of program milestones and practices across diverse multi-disciplinary teams.
- Oversee overarching program governance against Agency frameworks and escalate concerns as necessary.
- Identify and implement opportunities to improve program governance, practice, and reporting.
- Coach staff in Agile frameworks and Scrum practices, including coordinating development opportunities.
- Maintain relationship with internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Proven previous experience as Scrum Master in highly complex project environments.
- Demonstrated experience working in Agile environments.
- Stakeholder management experience.
- Experience in working with multi-disciplinary teams.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- A proactive personality with a can-do attitude.
- Prior knowledge and experience in disability and/or public sector preferred.
- Australian Citizenship required due to the nature of our client.
