Expert Collections and Hardships Coach

We are seeking an experienced professional to drive exceptional customer focus and uplift performance within our Mortgage Help team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and delivering coaching and training programs that enhance the skills and knowledge of our staff.
The ideal candidate has experience developing and delivering coaching and training in a professional environment, with a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or other relevant qualification. They should also have a passion for fostering a learning culture and driving an exceptional customer experience.
Key responsibilities include:
- Driving capability and performance uplift of the Mortgage Help team, with a strong focus on collections and hardships obligations
- Training and educating staff through coaching and training programs, using various formats across a range of focus areas
- Proactively identifying staff development needs and continuous improvement opportunities
