**Job Overview:**

Austin Engineering provides innovative mining solutions and products across six continents. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the efficient administration and control of sales enquiries from quote to delivery and after-sales support.

You will interact with customers on site for product inspection and support.

Your primary responsibilities include:

  • Managing customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Providing technical advice and assistance to customers.
  • Conducting regular site visits to follow up on Austin Engineering products supplied to customers and addressing warranty issues.
  • Preparing and providing sales estimates and quotations where required.
  • Identifying opportunities for repair and maintenance work with new and existing customers.
  • Collaborating with internal departments for timely project delivery.

You will also be responsible for providing recommendations on product improvements based on customer feedback and coordinating all enquiries received by the sales department for new products and after-sales support.

**Key Requirements:**

  • Engineering trade qualifications or an Engineering degree.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of mining attachment products, specifications, and performance.

**Essential Skills:**

  • Proficiency with Microsoft software packages.
  • Knowledge of contemporary trends and issues within the mining industry.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and provide exceptional customer service.
