The role of the Early Childhood Educational Leader is to lead and guide our educators in delivering exceptional programs that ignite curiosity, creativity, and a love of learning. As part of our childcare organisation, you will have the opportunity to shape high-quality educational practice, embed inspiring programs, and foster a collaborative culture where both children and educators thrive.
This position involves leading the development, planning, and delivery of engaging and holistic learning programs. You will mentor, coach, and support educators to achieve excellence in early childhood practice. Working closely with the Centre Director, you will uphold compliance and quality standards, driving continuous improvement through reflective practice and innovation.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop, plan, and deliver engaging and holistic learning programs.
- Mentor and coach educators to achieve excellence in early childhood practice.
- Work with the Centre Director to uphold compliance and quality standards.
- Drive continuous improvement through reflective practice and innovation.
In addition to these key responsibilities, you will be responsible for championing the health, safety, and wellbeing of children in a nurturing and inclusive environment. Building strong partnerships with families and the community will also be an essential part of this role.
Required Qualifications and Skills:- Diploma in Early Childhood Education.
- Proven experience as an Educational Leader or strong interest in stepping into the role.
- Current Working with Children Check.
- Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis certifications.
- Child Protection training/certificate.
- Strong leadership, coaching, and mentoring abilities.
- Excellent communication, organisation, and interpersonal skills.
