The role of the Early Childhood Educational Leader is to lead and guide our educators in delivering exceptional programs that ignite curiosity, creativity, and a love of learning. Working closely with the Centre Director, you will uphold compliance and quality standards, driving continuous improvement through reflective practice and innovation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop, plan, and deliver engaging and holistic learning programs.
  • Mentor and coach educators to achieve excellence in early childhood practice.
  • Work with the Centre Director to uphold compliance and quality standards.
  • Drive continuous improvement through reflective practice and innovation.

In addition to these key responsibilities, you will be responsible for championing the health, safety, and wellbeing of children in a nurturing and inclusive environment. Building strong partnerships with families and the community will also be an essential part of this role.

Required Qualifications and Skills:
  • Diploma in Early Childhood Education.
  • Proven experience as an Educational Leader or strong interest in stepping into the role.
  • Current Working with Children Check.
  • Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis certifications.
  • Child Protection training/certificate.
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and mentoring abilities.
  • Excellent communication, organisation, and interpersonal skills.
