Job Title: OSHC Coordinator

This is a part-time position offering 50 hours per fortnight.

Overview

We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated professional with a genuine passion for childcare. As Coordinator, you will inspire your team with compassion, friendliness, and the ability to engage positively and productively with children.

Responsibilities
  • Create a safe, inclusive environment—champion a culture where every child and staff member feels welcome, supported, and respected.
  • Stay organized and vigilant—manage accurate attendance records and bookings to ensure consistent supervision and safety.
  • Empower your team—supervise and mentor educators, helping them grow in confidence and capability in their daily practice.
  • Inspire young minds—design and deliver engaging, educational programs, underpinned by thoughtful observations and reflection.
  • Live the ethos—support and promote the organization's mission and values in day-to-day leadership.
  • Build strong relationships—nurture positive connections with families, the school, and key stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care.
  • Proven experience in Out of School Hours Care (OSHC).
  • Strong leadership and communication skills; reliable, organized, and enthusiastic.
  • Certification in Child Protection Training.
  • Current First Aid Certificates, including CPR, anaphylaxis, and asthma management.
  • Valid Working With Children Check.
