Job Title: Lead Payroll Transformation Specialist

Job Description:

As a highly experienced Senior Project Manager, you will lead the end-to-end delivery of a large-scale payroll transformation project. This is a two-year fixed-term assignment that requires strong leadership and project management skills to ensure successful outcomes.

You will be responsible for planning, executing, and delivering the project using agile methodologies. Your key objectives will include leading cross-functional teams, vendors, and stakeholders to facilitate workshops, presentations, and regular updates. You will also serve as the primary point of contact for project-related communications, escalations, and decision-making.

In this role, you will develop and implement change management strategies and business readiness plans in collaboration with change and communications teams. Your goal will be to ensure successful adoption of the new payroll solution.

To succeed in this role, you will need to drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to enhance project delivery processes and contributing to broader project management practices. You will manage all aspects of execution, including build, unit/system test, user acceptance testing, implementation, change activities, vendor engagement, financials, risk management, and post-go-live support.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in managing large-scale transformation or complex IT projects, including Payroll and HCM within scope, time, and budget constraints.
  • Demonstrated experience in leading and motivating cross-functional teams, vendors, and stakeholders across all project phases and delivery models (Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid).
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
Benefits:

This role offers a unique opportunity to work on a high-profile payroll transformation project. As a Senior Project Manager, you will have the chance to develop and implement strategic change management plans, drive process improvements, and lead cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional results.

The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. If you are a motivated and experienced project manager looking for a challenging role, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of the payroll transformation project.
  • Develop and implement change management strategies and business readiness plans.
  • Drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to enhance project delivery processes.
  • Manage all aspects of execution, including build, unit/system test, user acceptance testing, implementation, change activities, vendor engagement, financials, risk management, and post-go-live support.
