The Role & Team:

The Customer Insights Manager is responsible for building strategic relationships across key business areas. You will leverage data-driven insights to inform marketing strategies, drive commercial outcomes, and introduce innovative analytical approaches.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and advance customer analytics capabilities by applying data-driven approaches across customer journeys, voice of customer, lifetime value, and retention strategies to deliver measurable commercial outcomes.
  • Conduct and oversee thorough post-campaign analysis, collaborating closely with stakeholders to ensure insights and recommendations are effectively embedded.
  • Leverage knowledge of effective data storytelling to influence stakeholders across departments and drive business outcomes.
  • Build a deep understanding of strategic priorities and challenges across different business units and translate these into actionable opportunities for Customer Analytics.
  • Partner with CRM teams to shape and evolve marketing campaign design and execution processes, ensuring superior performance and continuous improvement.
  • Support the Head of Customer Insights & Analytics in embedding best practice approaches and ways of working to improve analytics maturity.
  • Coach and mentor analysts to oversee the on-time delivery of customer analytics requests.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 8–12 years of experience in Analytics and Insights roles, with strong exposure to large-scale databases and cloud computing platforms.
  • Advanced skills in using analytics techniques, including machine learning and statistical modeling.
  • Proficiency in data science tools, including SQL, Python, and PySpark.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messages and tell clear, concise stories for diverse audiences.
  • Ability to craft a clear, evidence-based narrative that supports analytical findings and business recommendations.
  • Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams.
