**About the role**

As a **Consultant, Analytics & Insights**, **you will partner with business stakeholders to understand use case requirements and to help identify opportunities to deliver business value.

**What you'll be doing**
- Partnering with business stakeholders to understand use case requirements and to help identify opportunities to deliver business value
- Providing consultation to business stakeholders, understanding their business needs, challenges and processes to shape and define the initiative scope
- Translate business requirements into technical data requirements ready for use internally or by Data Engineering teams
- Identify and document business metrics, logic and definitions
- Loading, wrangling, and transforming data to develop data assets to support use cases
- Performing Data Visualisation to design dashboards that at-a-glance provide actionable insights
- Data driven business - quickly and reliably putting Analytics and Insights into the hands of decision makers

**What you'll bring**
- Demonstrated experience working in a similar **Consultant, Analytics & Insights** role
- Advanced data analytics and visualisation experience via tools like Power BI
- Strong working knowledge of programming languages such as SQL, Python and SAS
- Strong ability to understand use-case requirements / value statements and translate them into clearly articulated technical requirements
- Strong analytical capability, with close attention to detail
- Clear experience of Agile behaviours, principles, tools, and techniques
- Team player and proven ability to collaborate and achieve effective outcomes
- Excellent and pro-active approach to problem-solving
- Knowledge or experience in Financial Crime is beneficial
- Relevant tertiary qualification in a related discipline
