**Logistics Coordinator Role Overview**

A highly skilled and proactive logistics coordinator is required to join a dynamic team at our Melbourne headquarters.

**Key Responsibilities Include:**

  • Coordinating international freight logistics, ensuring timely movement of goods.
  • Managing customs clearance for incoming shipments, adhering to compliance regulations.
  • Organizing transportation from ports or entry points to final destinations.
  • Monitoring shipment statuses and communicating updates to internal teams and customers.
  • Liaising with suppliers and freight forwarders to ensure seamless logistics operations.
  • Ensuring accurate records and documentation for all freight movements.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in an office environment, preferably related to logistics or supply chain management.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel etc.).
  • Knowledge of Integrated Cargo System (ICS) is desirable.
