Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Procurement and Supply Chain Specialist to join our national Commercial Team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing supplier and subcontractor registrations, driving supply chain efficiencies and providing support services to the Procurement function.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage end-to-end supplier and subcontractor prequalification process
  • Maintain the company's supplier list
  • Complete new credit applications
  • Provide support services to the Procurement function
  • Work collaboratively with project delivery teams
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in a similar role
  • Initiate, negotiate and maintain positive stakeholder interactions
  • Communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Understanding of commercial terms and conditions
  • Time management, proactivity and prioritisation skills with an eye for detail
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office
