Corporate Transactions Lawyer

We are looking for an experienced transactional lawyer to assist our SME clients with M&A deals.
In this position, you will collaborate with prominent startups, scale-ups and venture capital funds.

The Ideal Candidate- Experienced - At least 6 years PQE in a reputable legal environment specialising in capital raising and/or M&A transactions.
