Job Summary

We are seeking an Outside School Hours Care Mobile Coordinator to support our services across Australia.

This permanent part-time position involves working a minimum of 30 hours per week, with split shifts and/or block shifts available. As a Mobile Coordinator, you will travel between services, providing leadership, support, and program delivery.

  • Develop, implement, and monitor OSHC/OOSH programs and activities to ensure quality and compliance in service delivery.
  • Lead training, performance, and development in the service, promoting excellent rating and assessment outcomes.
  • Minimise risk and manage safety in services, ensuring a secure environment for children and staff.

About the Role

  • Work across multiple services, providing leadership and support to team members.
  • Participate in recruitment drives, operational projects, and other initiatives.
  • Implement creative programs and develop meaningful relationships with children, families, and community stakeholders.

Your Qualifications

  • A natural leader with strong communication skills, able to guide and support a team.
  • A Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care or equivalent qualification.
  • A valid Driver's License.
  • A National Police Check and Working with Children Check (NSW and ACT).
