Strategic Sourcing Advisor Role

To succeed in this key position, you will play a pivotal role in providing expert advice and managing contracts to ensure the success of our business units.

The department responsible for overseeing operations across multiple geographically dispersed sites is seeking a skilled professional to liaise with internal customers, understand their requirements, and deliver strategic sourcing outcomes.

Key responsibilities include participating in strategy development, assisting in scope of work writing, and managing contract registers to ensure timely project execution.

Additionally, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining relationships with internal stakeholders, ensuring escalations and budget compliance are properly reviewed.

Requirements:

  • A tertiary qualification in a commercial, legal, or engineering-related discipline.
  • Several years' experience in contract management, supply chain, or commercial teams.
  • Experience working with computerised ERP systems, preferably SAP and/or Coupa.
  • Ability to work with and coordinate remote team members across different time zones.
