About the Role

The Clinical Nurse Specialist provides advanced clinical and problem-solving skills, expert planning, and coordination skills in the clinical management of mental health patients/residents/clients with complex care needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide community-based mental health assessment and treatment for individuals and their support networks.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to ensure high-quality patient outcomes.
  • Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to achieve optimal patient results.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A relevant tertiary degree qualification and appropriate registration/licences.
  • A Class Motor Vehicle Licence.
  • Pre-employment screening will be conducted for the successful applicant, including Criminal History checks.
  • Evidence of vaccination or immunity to: Hepatitis A/B, Measles, Mumps, Rubella, Varicella, Pertussis, and Tuberculosis.
