About the Role
The Tech Lead plays a pivotal role in our Identity and Access Management (IAM) function, overseeing the technical aspects of customer identity and access management solutions within an Azure and AWS Cloud environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement CIAM solutions, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and industry best practices.
- Provide technical expertise to the CIAM team, assisting in project planning and execution.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues, serving as the primary escalation point for difficult problems.
- Develop innovative solutions for advanced CIAM challenges, leveraging emerging technologies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate CIAM solutions with other systems and services.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Extensive experience in designing, implementing, and optimizing customer identity and access management solutions.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities, with a focus on designing robust and scalable solutions.
- Strong understanding of automation capabilities, including PowerShell, SCIM, and APIs.
- Leadership skills, with the ability to mentor and guide team members.
- Experience in designing or implementing solutions in a Cloud environment such as Azure or AWS.
