Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Automotive Operations Manager to lead our team of professionals in the automotive industry. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our workshop, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automotive repair and maintenance, with experience in managing teams and leading projects. You will be responsible for coordinating the workflow, allocating tasks, and supervising staff to ensure that deadlines are met and high-quality work is produced.

In addition to your technical skills, you will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, allowing you to build strong relationships with colleagues, clients, and suppliers. Your ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and maintain a safe working environment will be essential in this role.

Requirements:
  • Certificate III in Automotive (Light Vehicle)
  • Ability to perform late model vehicle diagnostics
  • Take pride in the work produced
  • Ability to work under pressure and prioritize work needed
  • Commitment to workshop safety
  • Apprentice mentoring experience
  • Experience with diesel models is highly desired
  • Current manual driver's license
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Chassis Dyno operations or tuning abilities is an advantage
  • Full Australian working rights
  • Knowledge of auto electrical systems
