At Auto Masters, we are seeking an experienced Store Manager to join our knowledgeable, hard working and friendly team in Perth.

The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising the effective operation of the workshop and ensuring that all staff are supported and able to meet key performance indicators (KPIs) and sales targets.

This role involves creating and maintaining strong customer, client and supplier relationships. You will also be required to manage and report on weekly and monthly KPIs and targets to head office.

To succeed in this role, you will need to use your knowledge and understanding of brands and products to promote them accordingly. Additionally, you must abide by our Quality Assurance System and ensure a safe, clean working environment for staff and customers.

We are looking for someone with a hardworking mindset and a genuine passion for the cars, mechanics, and automotive industry. You should provide a genuine service and lead by example to create lasting impressions and moments that matter for our customers.

In order to excel in this position, you will need at least two years recent experience in managing an automotive service centre or equivalent and a proven track-record in sales within the automotive industry. Trade qualification is desirable but not essential. A valid WA Driver's licence is also required.
