Rehabilitation Consultant

The role of a Rehabilitation Consultant is to support individuals throughout their recovery journey, helping them to achieve specific health goals and return to service.

As a key member of the multidisciplinary team, you will work closely with various stakeholders, including medical specialists, treatment providers, and allied health professionals, to develop and implement effective rehabilitation plans.

Key Responsibilities:
