Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our advisory team in Sydney, Australia. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of delivering high-quality projects and developing close client relationships.

About the Role

This is a unique opportunity for a collaborative leader to balance project delivery with supporting and inspiring teams to continuously exemplify Aurora's values and develop their performance capability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop a clear understanding of client expectations, scope projects, and manage them to time and budget.
  • Contribute to building and growing close client relationships, acquire new clients and projects, and respond successfully to inbound requests for proposals.
  • Balance leadership responsibilities with managing complex problem-solving, interpreting data insights, and overseeing project delivery.

Required Attributes:

  • Relevant experience from a management consultancy or industry.
  • Strong project management skills ensuring the management and delivery of clients' projects exceed expectations.
  • Intellectual and analytical excellence to make real impacts that influence clients through the complexities of the energy transition.
  • Proven track record of winning new business through compelling proposals and proactive business development.
  • Collaborative leadership style demonstrating skill in inspiring, raising performance, and developing teams.
  • Passion for delivering high-quality projects and developing people.
