About the Role

Cognizant is seeking an exceptional Salesforce Technical Lead to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving innovation and delivering high-quality solutions for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance and leadership to teams working on Salesforce projects.
  • Solution Development: Develop and implement custom Salesforce solutions that meet client requirements.
  • Data Management: Ensure data security and integrity by managing data imports, exports, and integrations with external systems.
  • Testing and Deployment: Conduct thorough testing and deploy changes across environments to ensure seamless delivery.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Strong Salesforce Expertise: Proficiency in Salesforce configuration, Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL/SOSL, and Data Migration.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Effective communication and collaboration with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement solutions.
  • Problem-Solving Ability: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve complex issues.
