Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Salesforce Technical Lead to join our team. As a key member of our technical leadership team, you will be responsible for leading the design and implementation of large-scale Salesforce projects. Your expertise in Salesforce administration, development, and architecture will enable us to deliver high-quality solutions to our clients.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Expert-level understanding of Salesforce Sales, Service, Community, Marketing, and Platform Clouds
  • Familiarity with platform authentication patterns (SAML, SSO, OAuth)
  • Solid understanding of Jenkins CI/CD pipeline using scratch orgs
  • Knowledge of data integration tools and experience integrating Salesforce with different business systems (ETL, Oracle product hub, marketing automation, reporting, etc.)
  • Architect/Designer Certification on the profile
  • Strong understanding of environment management, release management, code versioning best practices, and deployment methodologies
  • Experience with platform security capabilities (TLS, SSL)
  • Extensive Apex VF Controllers, Aura, LWC, and Apex Triggers development experience
  • VisualForce, JavaScript, HTML design and development experience
  • JQuery, AngularJS development experience a plus
  • Strong background in design/development of large web-based or client-server systems, or complete software product lifecycle exposure
