The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Aquatic Centre Manager to join our team at Belgravia Leisure. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading a team of swim instructors and ensuring the delivery of high-quality swimming lessons to our members.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for swimming and a proven track record of leading teams and developing others. You will need to have excellent communication and customer service skills, as well as the ability to work effectively with children and adults of all ages and abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of swim instructors and ensure the delivery of high-quality swimming lessons
  • Develop and implement programs to improve customer satisfaction and retention
  • Collaborate with other team members to achieve business objectives
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations, including WHS and risk management

Essential Qualifications:

  • Royal Life Saving Pool Lifeguard Certificate
  • Royal Life Saving Pool Operations Certificate
  • AUSTSWIM Certificate (Teaching of water swimming and water safety or equivalent)
  • Previous Swim School or Leisure Supervisor Experience
  • National Police Check
  • Working With Children Check (or equivalent)
  • Level 2 First Aid and current CPR
  • Legally entitled to work in Australia
